Maintenance

• Detangling:
  • Gently detangle the colored KeraOriginals hair extensions before washing using a wide-toothed comb.
• Washing:
  • Wet the hair extension under running water or with a hand shower.
  • Apply a small amount of sulfate-free shampoo from top to bottom, generously lathering the hair.
  • Leave it for a minute before washing it off under the sink or with a hand shower.
  • Soak the excess water with a hand towel.
  • Frequent wash is not required for our clip-in streaks.
• Conditioning:
  • Apply a small amount of sulfate-free conditioner/mask from top to bottom for extra smoothness.
  • Use fingertips or a wide-toothed hairbrush to evenly distribute the conditioner/mask.
  • Leave it for 10 minutes before giving it a final wash.
• Drying:
  • Avoid leaving the KeraOriginals hair extensions wet; either dry them naturally or use a blow dryer in the normal heat setting.
  • Air dry the extensions just like your natural hair.
• Heat Styling:
  • Use heat protectant before styling the extensions with curling, straightening, or crimping tools.
• Avoid Rubbing:
  • Be gentle and avoid rubbing the hair extensions to maintain their quality and longevity.
• General Tips:
  • Store the KeraOriginals extensions in a dry and cool place when not in use.
  • Avoid sleeping with wet hair extensions to prevent tangling.
  • Regularly brush the extensions to prevent knots and tangles.
  • Use sulfate-free and gentle hair care products to maintain the quality of the extensions.
  • It is recommended to wash KeraOriginals Extensions once every 15-20 wears, depending on use and styling.
